Please read this page thoroughly before you sign up to the course to ensure you are aware of our policies including cancellations & refunds.

Bookings:
Full payment through our website booking system is required to secure your place. Each workshop space is based on a first come, first serve basis, and once payment has been made in full, your place is secured.

Please email us at info@emilypowellstudio.com if you need to organise payment in stages, and we can try to come to an arrangement for you. Unfortunately we are unable to hold a place for anyone that has not made any payments towards their booking.

All workshops have a viability threshold of six people, and if numbers do not exceed this, the workshop will not run. Any payments made for a non-viable workshop will be refunded in full.

Weekend Workshops:
The special reduced price offered for the 'Weekend Workshop' refers to booking consecutive day workshops ie. Saturday & Sunday of the same month. If you would like to attend both workshop days on one weekend, please go ahead and book both through the website, and then email info@emilypowellstudio.com who will gladly to organise the £50 discount to be refunded back to you.

Cancellations:
Please note that these workshops only have a small amount of spaces, making them high in demand. If you choose to cancel your place before the workshop begins and have already paid your fee in full (including any part payment deposits arranged), any possible refunds are made at Emily's discretion and are as follows:

If you cancel 14 days before the event, and your place is filled, you will receive a full refund.

If you have to cancel within the week before the event, and that space cannot be filled in time, any possible refunds are made at Emily's discretion. 

If your place is filled, we provide 3 options to you:
1. A full refund
2. A painting by Emily Powell
3. A 1-on-1 2 hr painting or mentoring session with Emily either in person or online

Should Emily need to cancel an art workshop for any reason, such as low bookings or a personal emergency, a full refund will be given to those who have already paid any amount of monies towards the cancelled workshop. You may opt to roll over any monies paid towards a future workshop if you wish - please let us know by emailing info@emilypowellstudio so she can provide you with a gift voucher.

For those holding vouchers for cancelled workshop, these can be used in a future workshop or towards any other services or products that Emily offers via www.emilypowellstudio.com or Emily Powell Studio Instagram, for one year from the issue date.  

A refund will only be given via the instructions and acceptance of the person who purchased the voucher if this was given to you as a gift.
