Part of the 2024 Portland Gallery Exhibition, Kaleidoscope Of Hope, Hedgerow By The Sea, Catterline Edition was painted in Catterline, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The painting expedition was inspired by Scottish Colourist Joan Eardley, who had lived and painted in the fishing village on the Aberdeen Coastline after her first visit in 1951. This painting depicts the August colours in the Scottish hedgerow, brimming with life.
